Terms and Conditions

Pricing

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • Prices charged will be those in force at the time of order.
  • All prices exclude delivery.
  • All prices include GST.
  • Please note that some healthcare products are GST free.

Delivery

  • Accurate, speedy delivery is a priority for Technocare. We process orders on a daily basis to ensure quick delivery. If there is a delay for whatever reason, we will contact you.
  • We deliver Australia wide. For orders outside of the Melbourne Metro region, please contact us for the delivery cost.
  • Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier (Australia Post eParcel) will leave a card so you can pick-up your Product from your local Post Office. Where delivery is by our courier service and no-one is available to take delivery, they will leave a card requesting you to telephone them to arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
  • Delivery charges vary depending on the order. At checkout, the delivery component will be calculated and displayed. Orders above certain amounts qualify for free delivery.
  • Some items or orders may be marked “Free Delivery”.
  • Title of the goods only passes to the purchaser upon full payment.

Returns and Exchanges

Our aim is to provide you with complete customer satisfaction. If, however, you wish to return non faulty goods, the following conditions apply in order to receive your refund:

  • Goods must be returned to us within 7 days from the invoice date.
  • The item must not be removed from its original packaging and must be in saleable condition.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the product (including postage).
  • Original postage/delivery costs to you are non refundable.
  • You must keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
  • A restocking fee of 15% may apply if some conditions are not met.
  • We will not refund or exchange any product that has been misused, mishandled or incorrectly installed or serviced.

Faulty Goods

We will happily exchange or refund faulty goods under the following conditions:

  • You have returned the product within 7 days from the invoice date.
  • If a product is returned, checked and deemed faulty, we will also refund you the return postage/delivery.
  • Products must be returned in good condition and complete with all packaging, manuals, information and accessories. Damage costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • If a returned “faulty” product is deemed not faulty by our/supplier’s technicians, a restocking fee of 15 % will apply as will return delivery costs.
  • For all genuine faulty product returns, we will deliver a replacement at our cost.

Website

  • Not all of our items are available for online sales such as electric scooters, lift chairs and beds. Please contact us by phone, email or in person to enquire about these products.
  • Whilst we have taken all possible steps to ensure accuracy of information on the website, there is the possibility of inaccuracies. We exclude liability for such inaccuracies as is permitted under law.
  • Continence aids absorbency rates (ISO Absorbency) are guides only and all such products should be prescribed and purchased only on individual assessments.
  • Photo’s, images and product descriptions may change and thus become redundant or inaccurate. We constantly update and review the website to try and avoid such occurrences.
  • Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It is your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
  • If you are under 18, you cannot purchase from the Technocare website.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Gift vouchers are void after 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
  • They cannot be redeemed online.
  • Goods purchased with the gift voucher cannot be returned and exchanged for cash.
  • Allow 5 working days for delivery of your gift voucher by registered post.
  • Technocare does not accept responsibility for damaged, stolen or lost vouchers.

Force Majeure

Technocare shall not be liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Technocare.
